Fox News grinds to an abrupt halt in humiliating blow to Donald Trump

In a live broadcast, former President Donald Trump confirmed that FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino will be leaving the Bureau. Speaking to reporters, Trump said, “Dan did a great job but I think he wants to go back to his show.”

Bongino himself took to social media to share the news, writing: “I will be leaving my position with the FBI in January. I want to thank President Trump, AG Bondi, and Director Patel for the opportunity to serve with purpose. Most importantly, I want to thank you, my fellow Americans, for the privilege to serve you. God bless America and all those who defend her.”

The announcement drew mixed reactions online. Some critics suggested Trump preempted Bongino’s announcement, with comments like, “He couldn’t have allowed Dan to announce this himself. Man, this guy…” Others questioned the administration’s handling of the Department of Justice and the FBI, writing, “Another failure on Trump DoJ. FBI. Sad. He just can’t seem to fight the corruption in DoJ. Picks the weakest people possible.” Supporters expressed disappointment, hoping Bongino could have “pushed his way through the swamp and cleaned it up.”

Bongino was appointed by Trump in February despite having no prior FBI experience, making him a controversial choice. His background includes serving as a New York City police officer and a Secret Service agent assigned to protect Barack Obama.

The news comes amid other controversial moments from Trump. In a recent 19-minute speech, the former president addressed a range of topics, from blaming immigrants for the country’s challenges to promising an “economic boom” in 2026 and claiming success in Middle East diplomacy. He also announced a $1,776 payment for military service members before Christmas, dubbing it “warrior dividends.” Social media users quickly pointed out that Trump mispronounced the number during the live broadcast, sparking further criticism.

Overall, Bongino’s departure and Trump’s latest speech continue to fuel debates about leadership choices, policy priorities, and the administration’s approach to governance.

  1. Did you ever stop to think that maybe Trump can’t fight the corruption in the DOJ because he’s the source of it and has created most of it complimented by the fact that he hasn’t chosen anyone of competence or integrity to fill his cabinet? Ever think of that? Bongino didn’t do anything worthwhile at the FBI to count as service to the country! And the swamp still stinks!

A Lip Reader Breaks It Down During the FIFA World Cup 2026 draw in Washington, Donald Trump once again slipped into full “showman mode.” While the Village People performed YMCA, cameras captured the former president swaying along and a lip reader claims he gave Melania a playful four-word instruction in the middle of the routine. According to expert Jeremy Freeman, Trump appeared to be enjoying the throwback performance a bit too much. He was spotted chatting with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum, reportedly saying he “missed” seeing the Village People perform live. Freeman adds that as Trump continued dancing, he leaned toward FIFA President Gianni Infantino and said the music “makes me happy.” Then, glancing over at Melania, he allegedly told her: “Look at it, great job.” But the moment that sparked online chatter came later, when Trump encou...

Fox News halts for breaking news in humiliating blow to Trump

A tense moment on Fox News has unexpectedly thrust Donald Trump back into the spotlight and not in a way his supporters would have hoped. Viewers watching the normally Trump-friendly network were caught off guard when Fox News contributor Jessica Tarlov delivered a blunt, data-driven critique of Trump’s economic record during a live segment. Her remarks sharply contradicted the former president’s repeated claims of a booming economy and immediately set off a political firestorm. Tarlov laid out a sobering picture of the US labor market, pointing to what she described as a clear downturn since what many Americans view as a turning point in Trump’s second term. According to her analysis, job growth has slowed dramatically, with the economy adding roughly 70,000 jobs per month. She highlighted that more than 700,000 additional Americans are unemployed compared with the same period last year, while youth unemployment has climbed above 10 percent. Tarlov also noted that without hiring in...
